The Islamic Republic of Iran is on the verge of collapse due to inefficiency and widespread corruption. The timing and manner depends on the strength and coordination of social movements and pro-democracy opposition forces at home and abroad. In response to this need, the Transitional Management Council has sought to formulate a clear roadmap for the transition from the Islamic Republic based on the unification of the maximum democratic forces and political organizations and currents.
